Salary: $82,000-$85,000 annually

Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nutritional care, develop individualized diet plans, and work closely with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

• Assess residents' nutritional needs and develop individualized dietary plans.

• Manage therapeutic diets and ensure compliance with physician orders and regulations.

• Monitor nutritional intake, weights, and overall nutritional status.

• Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff.

• Collaborate with nursing and other departments to support resident care.

• Maintain accurate dietary documentation and care plans.

• Participate in MDS/RAI processes, care plan meetings, and facility committees.

• Assist with state and federal surveys and corrective action plans.

• Oversee food service quality, safety, sanitation, and cost control.

• Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold residents' rights.

• Current New Jersey Registered Dietitian license/credential

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field.

• 2+ years of SNF/nursing home experience required.

• Knowledge of therapeutic diets, geriatric nutrition, and food service management.

• MDS/RAI experience preferred.

• Sigma Care and Geri Menu experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
