• 3+ years of experience supporting VOIP systems (SIP, RTP, PBX)
• Strong troubleshooting skills with routers, switches, and firewalls
• Experience with tools like Wireshark, Asterisk, or FreePBX
• Familiarity with TCP/IP networking and QoS principles
• Excellent communication and customer support skills

• Experience with hosted or cloud‑based VOIP solutions (e.g., Ring Central, 8x8, Teams Voice)
• Understanding of Linux and Windows Server environments
• Knowledge of call routing, trunking, and number provisioning
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar
