** Job Duties
*** Supports the business in identifying optimal technical solutions for issues and processes, ensuring seamless integration with other business and technology systems.
* Prepares business work plans to support analysis and the testing of system upgrades, modifications, and enhancements. Vendor Management to meet expected service levels. Meeting facilitation or presentation to small collaborative groups. Manage small projects
* Provides support for configuring, implementing, and maintaining technical requirements across development, staging, and production environments.
* Evaluates work processes, assesses the feasibility of small to medium project requests, and resolves operational issues.
* Develops clear, concise specifications and accompanying documentation as assigned or as needed
* Plans, develops, and executes comprehensive test scenarios to ensure thorough validation.
* Assists in developing technology standards
* Assist in estimating resources required for task completion
* Completes assigned tasks by the due date or documents any variances
** Minimum Qualifications
*** High School Diploma/GED
* 1 year Application, implementation and support experience in addition to and
* 5 years Progressive experience in Information Services or
* Combination of Information Services and direct Health Care experience or
* Large-Scale implementation/Upgrades
* Comprehensive test plan development
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or Healthcare
* 3 years of direct applications build on current software version
* 10 years Progressive experience in Information Services or combination of Information Services and direct Health Care experience
* Information Technology Experience and/or Healthcare Operations Experience
* Implementation/Upgrade Support
* Applications Planning, Development and Implementation
* Technical Collaboration
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Triaging On-call/DR/BC
* General technical knowledge to perform key Client Server administration and networking functions
* Project resource and budget management
** Physical Demands
** Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use,  patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
