Summary

The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyst is accountable for designing, developing, and implementing efficient automated solutions that optimise business operations using industry-standard RPA tools. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in process analysis and automation, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to leveraging technology to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative environments, excels at problem‑solving, and stays ahead of emerging trends in automation technologies to deliver impactful results.

Primary

Responsibilities Process Analysis and Documentation
  • Analyze, document, and evaluate existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
  • Develop detailed robotic automation logic, mapping out processes from initiation to the completion of transactions.
RPA Development and Implementation
  • Design, build, and deploy RPA solutions using leading industry tools like UiPath, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and requirements.
  • Assess and document technical and functional requirements to deliver tailored automation solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate the effectiveness of RPA projects.
  • Act as a bridge between end‑users and the IT department to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions.
System Monitoring and Maintenance
  • Monitor and maintain RPA solutions post‑implementation to ensure performance optimisation and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Training and Support
  • Conduct end‑user training on RPA tools and processes, empowering teams to leverage automation effectively.
  • Provide expertise and ongoing support to address queries or challenges related to automated processes.
Continuous Improvement and Research
  • Stay current with advancements in RPA, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to introduce innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
  • Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.
  • Certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer).
  • Demonstrated experience in process analysis and automation within complex environments.

Education/Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 2-4 years of experience.
Required Travel

5% travel required.

Compensation

The recruiting base salary range for this full‑time position is $70,700.00–$ per year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. (Internal Job Grade: P1_T)
