Cybersecurity, IT Project Manager, AI Engineer (Applied/Software), IT Consultant
Our client is launching a high-priority AI-driven initiative to transform their cybersecurity capabilities. This role is central to identifying and rapidly delivering the highest-value AI use cases across Cyber Operations, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Incident Response, and Data Security.
You will partner closely with senior business stakeholders—including Cyber leadership and up to CISO level—to rigorously evaluate and pressure-test a broad set of AI use cases, which will demonstrate meaningful, measurable value in the shortest time, and then own end-to-end delivery of those priorities.
This is a builder's role in a regulated environment: you will shape strategy, drive ruthless prioritization, lead agile execution with a small, high-performing team, manage executive-level reporting and stakeholder alignment, and ensure outcomes that matter.
What You'll Do- Partner with senior stakeholders (up to CISO level) to pressure-test and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities
- Serve as the primary interface to Global CISO leadership, Risk, and Legal teams, ensuring AI initiatives progress without unnecessary approval bottlenecks or policy sprawl
- Own the product vision, ruthless roadmap, backlog, agile ceremonies, and executive reporting
- Drive end-to-end delivery with a small, high-performing team in a regulated environment
- Translate advanced AI (LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks) into feasible, governed implementations
- Build instant credibility and alignment with senior individuals and security executives
- 10+ years in product management, 3+ years hands-on with AI/ML products
- Deep technical command of modern AI (LLMs, RAG, agents, embeddings) — you spot vaporware fast
- Solid understanding of data architecture for AI at scale + model risk / data governance in regulated settings
- Founder-like mindset: sharp problem-solver, ruthless prioritizer, process builder—not an order-taker
- Confident, likeable communicator who wins over rooms of executives
- Cybersecurity background (threat detection, IAM, incident response, etc.) strongly preferred
