We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer with deep Power BI expertise to support a high-profile automotive manufacturing client. In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives, translate them into scalable data models and analytics solutions, and deliver polished dashboards supporting incentive and performance reporting.
Although this role may be posted as “Remote” due to internal system limitations, it is a hybrid co-located position with an expectation of periodic on-site presence at the client location in Camden, NJ. Candidates must be able to reliably commute for on-site work, estimated at approximately five times per month. Specific scheduling and on-site frequency will be discussed during the interview process, as we aim to align on a mutually flexible arrangement.
This is a senior, client facing role for a BI professional who combines strong technical skills with business acumen and clear communication. You will own the end to end delivery of Power BI solutions—shaping data models, designing executive ready dashboards, and ensuring insights are accessible, trustworthy, and aligned to business priorities. 10 teams to enhance enterprise reporting platforms and continuously improve how insights are delivered.
Candidates must be able to work consistently within U.S. Eastern/Central core business hours and be authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
** Scope of Work
**** Client Engagement & Collaboration*
* · Collaborate directly with client stakeholders, including senior directors, to identify reporting requirements, establish priorities, and define success measures.

** Power BI Development & Data Modeling*
