Pay Range: $45.21/hr to $46.15/hr on W2 | $53.57/hr. to $60.00/hr. on C2C

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst within the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) industry
• Strong domain knowledge in Payments infrastructure and processing
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis, mapping, and system validation
• Hands‑on experience with Process Engineering and data flow modeling
• Direct experience documenting AI models and GenAI Coding Assistant Platforms (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex)

• Familiarity with financial regulatory compliance and risk frameworks regarding AI usage
• Strong technical writing skills for complex system architecture and model documentation
• Experience interfacing between business stakeholders and technical engineering teams

We are seeking an elite Senior Consultant—Business Systems Analyst with a decade of expertise in the banking sector to drive critical initiatives around enterprise GenAI adoption and payments systems. This role focuses on process engineering, system and data analysis, and the rigorous model documentation required for deploying GenAI Coding Assistant Platforms. The successful candidate will sit at the intersection of modern AI technology and traditional financial systems, ensuring scalable, compliant, and highly analytical delivery.

• Perform deep‑dive system and data analysis on core banking platforms, focusing heavily on payments infrastructure and transaction data flows
• Formulate and maintain comprehensive model documentation for GenAI Coding Assistant Platforms, including Git Hub Copilot, Claude Code, and OpenAI Codex, ensuring alignment with institutional standards
• Execute advanced SQL queries to analyze large datasets, map system integration points, and validate complex data structures
• Drive process engineering efforts to optimize developer workflows and integrate AI tools safely and efficiently within the financial environment
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including enterprise architecture, risk compliance, and engineering, to translate business objectives into precise technical specifications
