Document Solutions is looking for a motivated, self‑starting individual to join our team. The candidate must have experience working in the IT field, possess the ability to learn new technologies, and the ability to work in a team environment. Primary duties include working directly with customers and Level 1 Technicians to resolve all IT service tickets. Must have a customer friendly attitude, good written and oral communication skills, and the ability to multi‑task in this fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment.

Must be hard‑working, customer‑oriented, and possess a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact to customers for ticket escalations
  • Handle ticket escalations ranging from server support, network issues, and software installation
  • Coordinate and schedule IT support tickets to ensure maximum utilization of billable resources
  • Setup, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server and related issues
  • Implement and troubleshoot spam filters, O365, Microsoft Exchange, and associated email solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve firewall, router, and other network related issues
  • Perform on‑site installations and repairs as necessary
  • Familiar with business‑class network technologies such as TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, and QoS
  • Familiar with Microsoft Server technologies such as Active Directory, Hyper‑V, Exchange, and SQL
Qualified Candidates Will Have
  • A clean NJ Driver’s license
  • At least 1 year of MSP support experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Office Applications, and Ethernet Networking
  • Ability to troubleshoot IT issues quickly and efficiently
  • Be able to stay current with ever‑changing technology and IT solutions
  • Ability to meet daily goals
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Enthusiastic positive attitude
  • Self‑motivation with strong initiative to succeed
  • IT Certification is a plug (Microsoft, Azure, Cisco, etc.)
