Corporate Systems Specialist

Role Overview

The Corporate Systems Specialist will deliver solutions and operational support IT capabilities in Legal, Human Resources, and Compliance business units. This role offers hands‑on experience in application support, system implementation, and project management. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a matrix team.

Provide support and systems management of applications used by the corporate functions, collaborate with users, vendors, and IT colleagues on new systems implementation, integration and administration, and implement new integrations with Workday.

The role requires problem‑solving skills, ability to work on multiple complex projects, and strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

• BS degree with 2 years IT related experience
• Understanding of corporate functions particularly (HR, Legal and Compliance)
• Experience with enterprise computerized systems and/or applications
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work on multiple complex projects
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Service Now, Jira, or similar)
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and of computer systems validation (CSV)
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Applications
