Digital Marketing Intern

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Intern role based in New Jersey. The intern will support day-to-day digital marketing activities, including assisting with social media campaigns, drafting posts, engaging with online communities, and monitoring channel performance. Responsibilities include helping execute online marketing initiatives, coordinating basic email or web promotions, and updating content across digital platforms. The intern will assist with tracking key metrics, compiling reports using web analytics tools, and identifying insights to improve campaigns.

This role will work closely with the marketing team, contributing ideas, participating in team meetings, and supporting various projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing principles and willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
• Ability to interpret basic Web Analytics data and support performance reporting.
• Clear, professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Comfort working with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project trackers).
