Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coaching- Coach and mentor teams to improve performance, accountability, and Agile maturity.
- Foster self‑organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Create a safe, trusting environment that encourages transparency and problem‑solving.
- Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles, team agreements, and SDLC standards.
- Partner with other Scrum Masters and participate in Scrum of Scrums.
- Identify and remove obstacles impacting team delivery.
- Facilitate decision‑making, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation.
- Support delivery against scope, timeline, quality, and business objectives.
- Partner closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.
- Communicate team progress, metrics, and delivery status to leadership.
- Coordinate dependencies across teams and programs.
- Utilize Jira, Confluence, and related Agile tools to manage backlogs, track progress, create dashboards, and provide transparency across stakeholders.
