Sr Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across multiple cross-functional teams supporting large-scale digital platforms and customer-facing technology initiatives. This individual will drive delivery excellence, facilitate Agile best practices, manage complex dependencies, and ensure predictable execution across enterprise programs.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience leading Agile teams in fast-paced, highly visible environments and partnering with both technology and business stakeholders.
This role will require the candidate to be on-site 4 days per week, 1 day remote.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams supporting digital and enterprise initiatives
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning
- Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, Operations, and business stakeholders to align priorities and execution
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
- Drive Agile maturity and scalable delivery practices across teams
- Support release planning, deployment coordination, and delivery readiness
- Monitor delivery metrics including velocity, sprint predictability, release readiness, and quality indicators
- Provide project status reporting, executive communications, and delivery health updates
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure testing and quality processes are embedded within delivery cycles
- Coordinate efforts across distributed and offshore teams
- Maintain Agile governance, reporting, dashboards, and documentation within Jira and Confluence
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience within Agile software development environments
- 2+ years leading delivery across multiple teams or enterprise-scale initiatives
- Experience supporting digital platforms, web applications, or customer-facing technology solutions
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid methodologies
- Advanced Jira and Confluence experience, including dashboards, reporting, workflows, backlog management, and documentation
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional dependencies and stakeholder relationships
- Strong understanding of SDLC, QA processes, release management, and production deployments
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working with global and distributed teams
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
- Scrum Master or Agile certifications (CSM, A-CSM, SAFe, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Dev Ops practices, cloud environments, and automated testing
- Experience supporting Agile transformation or process improvement initiatives
- Prior mentoring or leadership experience within Agile or PMO organizations
- Consistent and predictable sprint and release delivery
- Increased team effectiveness and Agile maturity
- Reduced delivery impediments and quality issues
- Successful execution of strategic initiatives and releases
- Strong stakeholder confidence and delivery transparency
- Effective collaboration across technology and business teams
