Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a high-energy, hunter-oriented sales professional to drive new business growth for our Life Sciences & Healthcare (HLS) Analytics and Competitive Intelligence offerings across the U.S. East Coast.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of overall experience with a strong focus on Life Sciences Analytics sales, consultative solution selling, and client acquisition within pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations. This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities across Data & Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, Market Research, Commercial Analytics, and AI-driven business transformation initiatives.

This is a highly client-facing role requiring strong business development capabilities, executive presence, and the ability to position integrated analytics and intelligence solutions to pharma and life sciences stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive net-new business development and revenue growth across Life Sciences and Healthcare clients on the East Coast.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities within Data & Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, Market Research, and AI/GenAI-led transformation initiatives.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across Brand Teams, Commercial Excellence, Market Access, Business Insights, New Product Planning, and Competitive Intelligence functions.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Partner closely with delivery, consulting, and solution teams to craft tailored client solutions and ensure successful project kick‑offs.
  • Develop strategic account growth plans and expand opportunities across existing and newly acquired accounts.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client priorities, industry trends, and evolving analytics and AI capabilities in Life Sciences.
  • Drive pipeline generation activities in collaboration with inside sales and marketing teams.
  • Effectively utilize  or similar CRM tools for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
Preferred Background
  • 5–10 years of overall experience with exposure to Life Sciences Analytics sales, consulting sales, or healthcare data & analytics solutions.
  • Open to candidates currently working as Client Partners or Account Managers who are interested in transitioning into a hunter/new-logo acquisition role.
  • Experience selling analytics, data, AI/ML, commercial insights, competitive intelligence, or consulting solutions into pharmaceutical or life sciences clients.
  • Strong understanding of pharma commercial functions, product commercialization, market intelligence, and business insights.
  • Exposure to therapy areas such as Oncology, Immunology, Neurology, or Rare Diseases is preferred.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, consultative selling environments.
  • Experience working with global delivery and cross-functional teams is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
