Role Overview

The Technology Procurement Associate is responsible for managing the procurement and lifecycle of end-user hardware, software applications, and mobile services across the organization. This role ensures timely fulfillment, cost optimization, SLA adherence, and compliance with procurement policies while collaborating with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to meet workforce technology needs.

What You Will Do

Manage the end-to-end procurement of end-user hardware, software, accessories, and mobile devices and services. Process purchase requests, create purchase orders, track fulfillment, and coordinate timely delivery including expedited shipments and issue resolution.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in IT procurement, technology asset management, or a related field
  • Vendor and contract management experience
  • Knowledge of procurement compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with ticketing and service management platforms
  • Experience with ERP or procurement platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with telecom lifecycle management platforms and device management tools
