BI Analyst Specialist

Job Title

Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or Graduate degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Instead of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Strong experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Dashboarding, Process Automation, or related areas.
• Advanced experience with Power BI and Palantir Foundry.
• Strong SQL and SQL backend skills.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines.
• Proven experience taking stakeholder requirements from Client through proof of concept to successful project completion.

• Experience with BI systems such as Power BI, Looker, SAP Business Objects, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms such as Palantir Foundry.
• Experience with Python and R is a plus.
• Experience in operational reporting and analytics.

• Build dashboards and reports to support business visibility and performance.
• Analyze program schedules, sourcing data, shop floor data, and financial information.
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic and operational planning.
• Develop and maintain executive and program review KPIs for real-time visibility and decision-making.
• Support measurement and evaluation of supply chain initiatives.
• Enhance BI tools and systems including Power BI, Palantir Foundry, and other licensed tools.
• Create and maintain scalable data pipelines to ensure reliable and sustainable data delivery.
• Automate manual reporting processes and repetitive system processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and accuracy.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
