Business Analyst, Meeting Spaces (ON SITE CAMDEN, LIGHT TRAVEL POSSIBLE)

GENERAL

SUMMARY:

The Business Analyst, Meeting Rooms will play a key role in supporting the collaboration team and be a core resource to the Teams Meeting Room Upgrades and Huddle Room Wireless Casting projects. This person will be part of the team responsible for working across different types of meeting rooms to capture requirements, document issues, facilitate backlog creation as remediations are prioritized, test rooms for quality assurance, analyze trends, and document policies/best practices.

This individual will participate in team meetings, understand current room designs, and analyze requirements for rooms being upgraded. Will perform hands-on testing meeting equipment in rooms, document requirements for supporting teams (network/cabling/etc.) to implement, analyze room performance and identify trends. The successful candidate will need to work closely with users and stakeholders from multiple areas. As such, this person must have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a proven collaborator, and passionate about solving challenging problems.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Day-to-day hands-on analysis of our Meeting Rooms (planned and currently upgraded)
  • Facilitate prioritization and requirement gathering
  • Test meeting room equipment
  • Document and manage issues list
  • Document new and revised policies
  • Partner with internal teams
  • Strong analysis skills
  • Ability to identify trends
  • Ability to apply learnings to rooms at other locations
  • Assist with analysis of changes and associated outcomes
  • Assist with end-user training and communications

Accountabilities include:
Tracks & prioritizes the backlog Data & systems analysis across multiple environments Documenting policies and procedures COMPLEXITY AND SCOPE:
Working across multiple stakeholder groups in the collaboration space Prioritize issues found in design and testing and document requirements Managing multiple priorities

MINIMUM

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree in business or computer science.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED:

5+ years of working on IT projects as a Business Analyst or in a data management role Business Analysis background with tech exposure, preferably in Microsoft Teams Fast learner, dynamic and motivated, empathic to end-user needs Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable with hands-on use of meeting room equipment and Microsoft Teams

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED):
Previous experience in digital shelf technology or data management roles
