Executive IT Support Engineer
Everest Global Services, Inc. is seeking an Executive IT Support Engineer to provide white‑glove IT support to C‑suite executives and senior leadership. This full‑time, in‑office position is based in Warren, NJ.
Job SummaryThe role is a critical partner to the company’s leadership team, ensuring a seamless, secure, and high‑performing technology experience across day‑to‑day operations, executive meetings, travel, and high‑visibility events. Responsiveness, discretion, and professionalism are essential.
What You’ll Do- Deliver high‑touch, white‑glove IT support to executives both onsite and remotely.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Support executive technology environments, including Windows and macOS devices, iPhones, iPads, mobile connectivity, monitors, docking stations, printers, and office setups.
- Provide expert support for collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and Microsoft 365.
- Ensure flawless technology execution for board meetings, leadership meetings, and corporate events (virtual, hybrid, and onsite).
- Provide live, real‑time support during high‑priority meetings, including AV, conferencing, and room setup.
- Coordinate executive onboarding/offboarding, including device provisioning, setup, and access management.
- Support executive travel by ensuring all devices, connectivity, and conferencing tools are fully functional.
- Partner with infrastructure, network, and security teams to quickly resolve complex or escalated issues.
- Take a proactive approach to identify risks, prevent disruptions, and continuously improve the executive technology experience.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information and executive communications.
- 5+ years of experience in executive IT support, VIP support, or high‑touch desktop support.
- Proven experience supporting C‑level or senior leadership in a high‑visibility environment.
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows and macOS operating systems, iOS devices and mobile support, collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Webex), and conferencing and meeting room technologies.
- Experience with endpoint support, device deployment, and mobile device management (MDM).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, AV, and connectivity.
- Ability to manage time‑sensitive issues with urgency, precision, and composure.
- Strong communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience supporting executive presentations, board meetings, or large‑scale events.
- Knowledge of AV systems, conference room technologies, and hybrid meeting environments.
- Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with security best practices related to executive support.
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Apple, ITIL, etc.).
- A white‑glove service mindset focused on executive experience.
- Professionalism, discretion, and strong judgment.
- A proactive approach—anticipating needs before issues arise.
- Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
The base salary range for this position is $80,000 – $100,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications, and work location.
