Primary contact with the client for all day to day aspects of the delivery for EAI including:
- Monitoring of overall ticket handling, resolution, quality and backlogs for EAI
Minimum 5-8 years of experience managing / supporting EAI
Proven experience dealing with on-shore/off-shore team is a must
Solid background in SAP EAI/PI/PO and can support followings:
- Monitoring
- Incidents resolution
- Break-fix
- PI/PO support
- Troubleshooting communication
- Responding to inquiries from partners 24×7 as issues arise
- Making updates to translation maps
- Internal business users interactions
