The Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Secure File Transfer function is responsible for ensuring robust authentication, secure data exchange, and compliance with organizational security guidelines. This involves the implementation and ongoing management of Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and Customer Managed Key (CMK) policies. The integration of SailPoint is critical for comprehensive identity governance across GHR applications.

Additionally, the team manages the renewal of SSO certificates for all applications, guaranteeing uninterrupted and secure user access. Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) environments are configured and maintained with dual authentication to bolster security. The adoption of Next Generation Managed File Transfer solutions is prioritized to further enhance secure and compliant data exchange practices. All activities are aligned with established compliance standards, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools, such as SailPoint and Azure AD.
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and procedures for handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data.
• Advanced capabilities in SFTP setup and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with Managed File Transfer platforms.
• In-depth understanding of encryption techniques and data security protocols.
