Director, IT Digital Supply Chain General Summary
The Director, IT Digital Supply Chain is a senior IT leadership role accountable for delivering business value through technology across key supply chain domains including Logistics, Procurement, Order Management, Contract Manufacturing ("Make vs. Buy"), and New Item Commercialization. This role serves as a strategic Digital Partner to senior Supply Chain leadership, shaping demand, defining digital strategies, and delivering modern, scalable technology capabilities aligned to enterprise priorities.
As a key member of the Supply Chain IT leadership team, this individual is expected to operate with high autonomy, lead complex cross‑functional initiatives, and create multi‑year digital strategies and roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes. This role also requires strong enterprise thinking, executive presence, and the ability to operate across the end‑to‑end supply chain value stream. In addition, the Director may be called upon to act as Supply Chain lead for enterprise‑critical, cross‑functional initiatives (e.g., ERP transformations, integrations for acquisitions/divestitures, data & analytics platforms), ensuring alignment across business functions, IT platforms, and external partners to deliver enterprise value.
