IT Support Specialist

VMX Technologies is looking for an IT professional to join our team full-time. You
892ll be working onsite at our office and supporting clients directly across a variety of environments. A strong background in Microsoft 365 is essential. Experience with VDI (AVD, VMWare Horizons, Citrix Workspace), Intune, and Meraki networking is highly preferred. Prior MSP experience is a major plus.

• Provide day-to-day technical support to multiple clients across Microsoft 365 environments
• Administer and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop setups
• Manage device, policies and applications using Microsoft Intune
• Support and configure Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti network devices (firewalls, switches, wireless)
• Handle user onboarding/offboarding and tenant-level administration
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal best practices
• Work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• 2+ years of managing networks with small to large clients.
• Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools
• Proficiency with backup solutions

• Provide first-line support beginning at 8:00AM.
• This is an in-office position.
• Travel on-site to client locations approximately 40% of the time using company vehicle.
• WFH Remotely when necessary

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
