Lead Analyst, Global Transparency Reporting - North America (New Brunswick, NJ or Titusville, NJ)
You Will Be Responsible For
- Lead and coordinate transparency reporting activities across assigned business units and systems to ensure accurate, complete, and timely external disclosures.
- Partner with stakeholders to support preparation, validation, reconciliation, and submission of transparency disclosures per applicable federal/state requirements.
- Support governance processes via reporting methodologies, control frameworks, risk assessments, audit readiness, and remediation plans.
- Monitor emerging transparency regulations/industry codes and translate changes into actionable requirements.
- Serve as a trusted compliance advisor with HCC, Legal, Finance, Business Technology, and regional/country stakeholders to align on requirements, risk mitigation, and process improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across transparency reporting.
- Lead identification/design/implementation of process, system, and reporting enhancements.
- Translate reporting requirements into scalable digital/automated solutions; lead testing, change management, and deployment.
- Use automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Develop analytics/visualization for risks, trends, compliance insights, and improvement opportunities; translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Maintain and enhance process documentation, methodologies, work instructions, and knowledge repositories; design/deliver training and ensure stakeholders access materials.
- Other duties as assigned by HCC Risk Management Solutions management.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 6+ years professional experience.
- 2+ years in HCC or related compliance (regulatory/quality/finance).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing skills; business-oriented mindset.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and implement system/process improvements.
- Experience consolidating multiple data sources into quantitative analysis/reports.
- Database/reporting tools experience; advanced MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent English verbal/written communication.
- Preferred: professional certification (Compliance/Risk Management/Data Analytics/Project Management/Process Excellence, e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma), pharmaceutical/medical device industry experience, transparency disclosure experience (e.g., EFPIA/Med Tech Europe/CMS Open Payments/State), designing/implementing new systems/tools, internal stakeholder collaboration.
- Preferred: analytics/visualization/automation tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, SQL, Power Platform, SharePoint, or similar).
