• Lead the delivery of data center hardware operations across the Americas.
• Drive operational performance and develop high-performing teams.
• Align service delivery with business priorities and technology objectives.
• Manage critical event response, incident and problem management.
• Provide 24x7 escalation support and participate in an on-call model.

• Provide senior operational leadership and accountability for IT hardware services.
• Oversee hardware-related changes and incidents from initiation through closure.
• Develop and improve standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
• Maintain oversight of financial management and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with vendor partners to resolve incidents during emergencies.

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a critical operations environment.
• Strong understanding of managed service contracts and vendor performance management.
• Experience managing a sizeable P&L with strong commercial awareness.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and initiative execution.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with team management experience.
