Senior Supply Chain Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all supply chain operations, strategy, and initiatives across a multi‑site division.
• Oversee procurement, sourcing, subcontract management, and proposal support to ensure compliance with corporate, government, and contractual requirements.
• Lead strategic supplier identification and development to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance goals.
• Drive long‑term planning, supply chain metrics, continuous improvement, and organizational excellence initiatives.
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders to align supply chain strategy with program, operational, and financial objectives.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing supply chain organization through talent management, staffing, and succession planning.
• Support new business pursuits as a subject matter expert on purchased materials, systems, and subcontracted services.
• Implement risk management strategies for critical procurement efforts.
• Drive "return to green" recovery efforts and ensure timely communication to executive leadership.
• Champion adoption of best practices, enterprise systems, and efficiency improvements across all supply chain functions.

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related. Master's degree in related field desired.
• 10+ years of related experience. 15+ without degree.
• Extensive background in supply chain management within aerospace, defense, or similarly complex, regulated industries.
• Demonstrated success leading high‑performing teams in matrixed environments.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, contracts, subcontract management, and defense procurement processes.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS requirements and compliance.
• Proficiency with SAP S4/Hana and advanced computer skills.
• Ability to manage organizational change and drive cultural/operational transformation.
• Earned Value Management or Control Account Manager experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

• Graduate degree, MBA, or advanced study in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience developing supply chain strategies, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
