  • Maintain expediting dashboards and KPIs; provide accurate forecasts and concise status updates to project stakeholders.
  • Drive supplier performance: lead follow-ups, remove constraints, negotiate recovery plans, and escalate issues with impact and mitigation actions.
  • Coordinate delivery readiness and logistics, including packaging requirements, freight planning, shipping documentation, and site receiving alignment.
  • Partner with Quality/Engineering to coordinate inspections and ensure compliant documentation packages; close gaps to meet contract and program requirements.

  • Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, contract terms and conditions, and supplier performance management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), ERP systems and procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, and comfort maintaining trackers and status reporting).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive deliverables in a schedule‑driven project environment.
  • Ability to identify risks, propose practical recovery actions, and accelerate issues with clear, timely information.
  • Must be eligible to work under U.S. federal code 10 CFR 810.
