NFI seeks a Customer Account Coordinator to support daily order processing and proactive track-and-trace in Camden, NJ. You will enter orders, verify shipment details, and resolve shipment or carrier issues following SOPs.
This role also involves maintaining customer records, assisting with AR, and cross-training with other operations staff. Reporting to the Strategic Account Manager or Operations Manager, the position requires strong data entry, communication, problem solving, and teamwork.
