Program Manager

PRO is seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead a top-tier customer experience recognition and incentive program. This role involves end-to-end program management, stakeholder collaboration, vendor oversight, and data analysis to support organizational goals and field operations. This is a 12-month contract opportunity that requires an onsite presence in Camden, NJ at least 3 days per week. Candidates must be local to be considered.

Compensation for this role is up to $50/hr., based on experience.

• Manage all aspects of the recognition program, including planning, implementation, and communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless program execution.
• Analyze data to monitor performance, adjust strategies, and provide actionable insights.
• Develop training materials, reports, and presentations to support program goals.
• Provide field and headquarters support, acting as a key point of contact for program-related inquiries.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (experience with Qlik or Tableau is a plus).
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights.
• Knowledge of retail and wholesale operations, especially in the automotive industry, is preferred.
