Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management

We're partnering with a thriving, multi-specialty healthcare organization in Central New Jersey to find their next VP of Revenue Cycle Management- someone who can bring structure, strategy, and strong vendor oversight to a fast-moving environment.

• Direct visibility with executive leadership, including regular presentations to the C-suite
• Meaningful influence over how revenue cycle infrastructure scales as the organization grows through acquisition

• Lead the full revenue cycle, from charge capture through billing, collections, and final account resolution, across all locations
• Manage a team of internal staff alongside multiple outsourced RCM vendors
• Direct payer strategy and performance across commercial and government payers
• Partner with Compliance and clinical leadership to safeguard documentation, coding, and billing accuracy
• Drive cash acceleration and denial management strategies to strengthen financial performance
• Evaluate and implement automation and AI-enabled tools to modernize revenue cycle operations
• Guide the integration of newly acquired practices into centralized RCM processes

• 10+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership
• Experience overseeing multi-location and/or multi-specialty operations
• Strong track record managing both internal teams and third-party RCM vendors
• Bachelor's degree required (Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field);
  Master's preferred
• Multi-specialty practice experience strongly preferred; background in a specialty like gastroenterology is a plus
• Comfort working in a private equity-backed or investor-owned healthcare environment is a plus
