Harris Technologies in Camden, NJ seeks an Associate Manager, Manufacturing Engineering to provide leadership to manufacturing engineers on assigned programs and oversee manufacturing documentation, work instructions, production routings, and line balancing.
You will drive process development and scheduling to improve throughput, apply lean/six sigma methods to reduce waste, and serve as lead engineer on development programs while ensuring cost, schedule, and reliability targets.
