We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in machining, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations such as milling, turning, drilling, and grinding.
• Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, or specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
• Select and install cutting tools, attachments, and accessories according to job requirements.
• Load and unload work pieces and fixtures into the machine, ensuring proper alignment and secure clamping.
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished work pieces using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during machining processes.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members and engineers to optimize machining processes and improve overall productivity.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
