Plant Shift Supervisor-Night ShiftFull Time Camden, NJ, US
Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assists Plant Production Manager in achieving department objectives, Supervises:
Chemical Operator and Plant technicians/labor.
- Under direction of Plant Manager, adds chemical dosages – per recipe/SOP – to batch processes; monitors chemical processes.
- Accurately documents batch processing record, ensures product traceability, adheres to quality procedures,
- Manage Chemical operators and technicians in their job tasks.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related goals as needed.
- All other duties as assigned
- College Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or related field preferred
- 2+ years of chemical batch processing & supervisory experience
- Excellent computer & problem-solving skills
- Must be a US citizen
- Preferred skills:
Ion-exchange experience; waste treatment experience
