The Senior Marketing Manager leads the strategy, execution, and performance of integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, demand generation, and customer engagement. This role operates as a strategic partner to sales, product, operations, and executive leadership—translating business priorities into high-impact marketing programs. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, with proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives, optimize marketing performance, and influence business outcomes.
This role also plays a key part in shaping both external brand positioning and internal communications.
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned to company growth goals, revenue targets, and priority segments. Serve as a strategic partner to sales leadership to align marketing efforts with pipeline and revenue objectives. Lead planning and prioritization of campaigns, ensuring resources are focused on highest‑impact initiatives. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members or cross‑functional contributors.
Campaign Leadership & Demand GenerationOwn end‑to‑end strategy and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, web, events, and social). Drive go‑to‑market strategies for services, solutions, and verticals, ensuring clear positioning and differentiation. Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve lead quality, conversion, and return on investment. Partner with sales on account‑based marketing and targeted growth initiatives.
Content, Messaging & Internal CommunicationsOversee development of high‑quality marketing content, including thought leadership, case studies, web content, and sales tools. Ensure consistent, compelling brand messaging across all channels and audiences. Lead internal communications strategy, including leadership messaging, company updates, and change initiatives. Translate complex or technical offerings into clear, customer‑focused value propositions.
Trade Shows & Events StrategyLead strategy and execution of trade shows, conferences, and customer events as a core demand and brand channel. Align closely with sales on pre‑event targeting and post‑event pipeline conversion. Oversee event planning, vendor management, and budget allocation. Establish performance metrics and evaluate return on investment to inform future investments.
Digital Marketing & OptimizationOwn performance of digital channels including website, search, paid media, and social platforms. Partner with internal teams or agencies to drive improvements in search visibility, user experience, and conversion rates. Oversee marketing automation and customer relationship management initiatives to improve lead management and nurturing.
Analytics, Insights & Performance ManagementDefine key performance indicators tied to business outcomes (leads, pipeline contribution, conversion, revenue impact). Build and deliver executive‑level reporting on marketing performance and return on investment. Translate data into actionable insights to refine strategy, audience targeting, and channel mix.
Cross‑Functional LeadershipCollaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to support strategic initiatives and organizational priorities. Influence decision‑making by bringing data‑driven insights and market perspective. Act as a connector across teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
