As a Commerce Marketing Analyst, you will play a critical role in strengthening Campbell’s Commerce Marketing investment strategy across retailers and platforms. You will drive business growth by delivering actionable insights, monitoring performance, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring flawless execution of commerce marketing programs. Through data-driven decision making and strong cross-functional collaboration, you will help maximize marketing effectiveness, enhance the shopper experience, and support continued eCommerce growth.
WHATYOU WILL DO…
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and program KPIs to maximize Commerce Marketing performance.
- Maintain scorecards, dashboards, and reporting tools to track performance across brands, categories, and retail partners.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting commerce marketing results and the shopper journey.
- Analyze performance data to uncover root causes of underperformance and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner with Marketing Operations and Finance to manage Commerce Marketing budgets, including monthly transfers, adjustments, and actualization.
- Serve as a liaison between agency partners and internal teams to support the creative development and execution process.
- Assist in developing wrap reports, business reviews, and internal presentations that communicate key learnings and recommendations.
- Partner with agency teams to develop and manage Commerce Marketing timelines and project deliverables.
- Gather, analyze, and report retailer performance data to help inform strategic planning in collaboration with Insights, Brand, and Category teams.
