Mastery is seeking a NJ Family and Community Engagement Organizer to partner with parents, families, and community stakeholders to support student success and strengthen school communities across the Mastery NJ network.
You will recruit and train Parent Action Teams, coordinate advocacy campaigns, build partnerships, and lead trainings on equity, civic engagement, and public speaking. Evening or weekend meetings are expected 5% of the time.
