Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our exceptional team as a Weekend Supervisor. You will provide leadership and oversight for nursing staff during weekend shifts, supervise and coordinate resident care, and promote a positive, resident-centered care environment.

• Provide leadership and oversight for nursing staff during weekend shifts
• Supervise and coordinate resident care in compliance with State and Federal regulations
• Conduct daily resident assessments and adjust care plans as needed
• Assist physicians during rounds and ensure accurate communication of orders
• Mentor, train, and support nursing personnel
• Prepare daily staff assignments and ensure smooth unit operations
• Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
• Promote a positive, resident-centered care environment
