Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses, focusing on physical and emotional needs
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians and healthcare providers
- Monitor patient vital signs, report changes, and respond to emergencies
- Assist with rehabilitation and restorative care programs to support patient independence and recovery
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in medical records
- Foster a culture of safety, respect, and teamwork among patients, families, and colleagues
- Participate in in-service training and workshops to stay updated on best practices and company policies

Requirements- Current LPN license in the state of New Jersey
- 0-1 year of experience in a long-term care setting or related field
