  Work closely with VNA clinicians and external providers for seamless care and optimal results.

We’re looking for a nurse who is skilled, compassionate, and motivated to help patients achieve health goals.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred).

• 1+ year of clinical experience as a registered nurse (bonus points for homecare experience).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient with technology – navigating EMR systems and digital tools.

• Reliable car and valid driver’s license for travel to patient homes.

• Flexibility to work both indoors and outdoors while using clinical equipment.

• Comfortable using a phone, computer, and other digital tools.

• Direct client and customer contact is required.

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $43.00 to USD $50.00 per hour. Salary determination considers scope of role, experience, education, and market conditions.
