You will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care while coordinating across the care continuum.

• Clinical Care & Decision Making:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
  • Develop culturally competent plans of care based on patient needs
  • Provide age‑appropriate and evidence‑based nursing interventions
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust care plans
• Patient & Family Engagement:
  • Build strong relationships with patients and families
  • Educate patients on conditions, treatments, and preventative care

• Delegation & Supervision:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Active Massachusetts RN license
• BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)

• Strong clinical judgment and technical skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities

Pay Range: $37.00 – $95.37 per hour. The pay range listed is the base hourly wage range the organization expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined by seniority, education, training, experience, certifications, geography, job responsibilities, and other permissible factors. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other pay practices.
