Bayada OTA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Manager for a nursing job in Little Silver, New Jersey.
What You'll Do- Lead and mentor a team of nurses and support staff.
- Oversee clinical care for adult and pediatric clients, including assessments, care plans, and care coordination.
- Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, documentation standards, and state/federal regulations.
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and the office team to deliver safe, personalized care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and problem‑solving for complex care scenarios.
- Model the BAYADA Way, creating a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment.
- Current RN license in New Jersey (multi‑state/compact license preferred).
- Experience with adult or pediatric populations; willingness to cross‑train.
- Leadership experience (preceptor, charge nurse, or supervisor).
- Comfort with technology‑dependent care (ventilators, tracheostomy, feeding tubes).
Full‑time role: exempt Monday‑Friday, daytime office hours 8:30am–5:00pm (flexibility for occasional extended hours). Occasional travel for site visits, meetings, and community engagement. Participation in on‑call rotation as needed.
