As a Night Shift Critical Care APP, you will provide comprehensive overnight management of critically ill patients within the ICU. The role requires a high level of clinical autonomy while working collaboratively with intensivists and the multidisciplinary ICU team to ensure timely, evidence‑based care and optimal patient outcomes.

• Ongoing patient assessment and monitoring.
• Interpretation of diagnostic studies.
• Development and implementation of evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Responding to acute changes in patient status and emergent clinical issues.
• Maintaining continuity of care and supporting safe patient management throughout the overnight hours.
