Experienced ICU Registered Nurse needed for a 13-week on-site contract in Camden, NJ 08103. This critical care RN opportunity is ideal for a confident acute care nurse with strong ICU experience, advanced monitoring skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. • Weekly Estimated Pay: $2250-$2370
• Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Start Date: 8/11/2026
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: Friday-Sunday, 7:00 PM-7:30 AM

• 3+ years of critical care and acute care experience in a Level 1 trauma hospital required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey required
• Experience with CRRT required
• Experience with EVD required
• Experience with Swan‑Ganz monitoring required
• Ability to float to like units as needed
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition using sound clinical judgment
• Manage complex patient care needs using advanced critical care nursing skills
• Operate and monitor specialized ICU equipment and therapies, including CRRT and hemodynamic monitoring
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support optimal patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly
• Float to similar units based on patient care needs and staffing priorities
