Lourdes Health System is seeking an RN to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for complex surgical patients in Cardiac, Neurosurgical, Neuro‑interventional, and Transplant specialties. The RN will delegate and supervise care by other team members as needed.
The incumbent will participate in education, performance improvement, and maintain professional competencies while ensuring high-quality patient outcomes in an on-site, day-shift environment. NJ RN license is required.
