Nurse Practitioner, Full Time, Camden County, NJ at Subacute Rehab
Are you an acute care, ICU, or ER Nurse Practitioner looking to transition out of the hospital while still practicing at a high clinical level?
100% Healthcare is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Subacute Rehabilitation team. This full-time role allows you to leverage your acute‑care skill set in a lower stress, and better paced environment.

- Consistent patient population with continuity of care
- Collaborative, provider‑led practice model
- Nurse Practitioner experience required (Subacute Rehab or Acute Care)
- CPR certification required
- ACLS preferred
- Background in Acute Care, Critical Care, or Emergency Medicine strongly preferred
- Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license
