Cooper University Health Care is seeking a Clinical Educator II to lead nursing education and professional development within our Neuroscience and Medical‑Surgical units. You will design and deliver training, coordinate competency assessments, and support staff across inpatient teams to ensure high‑quality patient care.
Minimum 3 years of nursing practice required; a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is preferred. NJ RN license, BLS, and ACLS are required with onboarding within 6 months.
