Virtua Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CICU) team is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team at Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, NJ.

As a member of Virtua Medical Group's growing cardiovascular program, you'll work alongside nationally recognized cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, intensivists, and multidisciplinary specialists dedicated to delivering exceptional care to critically ill cardiac patients.

• Provide advanced care to patients in a high-acuity Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, advanced heart failure, and critical care specialists
• Manage complex cardiovascular patients including those with:
  • Advanced heart failure
  • Cardiogenic shock
  • Mechanical circulatory support (MCS)
  • Post-operative cardiac surgery needs
  • Complex cardiac conditions requiring intensive monitoring
• Participate in patient management, care coordination, education, and quality improvement initiatives
• Work within a supportive environment focused on innovation, teamwork, and clinical excellence

In compliance with New Jersey pay transparency laws, all nurse practitioner roles include a posted minimum base salary. This role offers a base starting salary at $. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.
