Healthforce is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 5-week travel assignment on a Med-Surg Telemetry unit in Burlington, VT. Start date 08/20/2026. You'll work 3x12-hour shifts on a neurosurgical/surgical telemetry focus, with EPIC experience required.
Travel experience and large teaching facility experience are preferred, and NIHSS, ACLS, and BLS certifications are required. Weekly pay ranges from $2,173 to $2,232 with mileage-based pay options and dedicated recruiter support.
