Position
Registered Nurse (RN) providing home health visits during weekends in Chittenden County, Vermont.
Responsibilities- Follow care plans
- Administer medications
- Perform wound care and treatments
- Monitor client conditions
- Document observations
- execute doctors' orders
- Conduct assessments
- Coordinate case management
- Ensure accurate documentation of care activities using electronic medical records
- Current Vermont RN license
- At least one year of recent clinical experience
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Strong interpersonal and computer skills
- ability to work independently and travel to cases
- Prior home care experience is preferred but not required
