Registered Nurse Emergency Room

$2325.60/week -

Job Summary:

Provide expert emergency nursing care in a high-volume ER setting, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes. Utilize advanced trauma skills to stabilize patients and support trauma protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient needs upon arrival to deliver prompt and accurate care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress thoroughly and accurately.
• Respond to trauma and emergency situations, applying advanced trauma nursing skills.
• Educate patients and families on condition management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current NJ-RN License with an active registration.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of ER nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a Level 1 trauma setting.
• Maintain current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Have TNCC certification at the time of submission.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills.
