Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to provide high-quality patient care during weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will have extensive trauma experience and be certified in TNCC to ensure optimal emergency responses.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and prioritize patient conditions to deliver prompt, effective emergency care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond quickly to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately.
- Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and confidentiality policies.
Qualifications:
- Hold a current NJ-RN License and active American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Possess at least 3 years of ER RN experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a level 1 trauma setting.
- Credentialed with TNCC certification.
- Demonstrate proficiency in emergency procedures and trauma care.
- Able to work night shifts and weekends consistently.
- Exhibit strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
