Registered Nurse Emergency Room

$2325.60/week -

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced trauma environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency medicine and trauma nursing, with the ability to handle complex cases efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, prioritize, and manage incoming trauma and emergency cases.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
• Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Adhere to all safety, clinical, and regulatory standards in emergency care.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active New Jersey RN license.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years' ER RN experience, with at least 2 years in a Level 1 trauma center.
• Must have current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work nights and EOW schedule, including 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. shifts.
• TNCC certification required.
